Training Consultants, LLC is currently seeking a financial industry veteran wanting to earn additional income by taking advantage of their industry knowledge and experience for our Content Support team. As a Part-Time Content Support Representative, you will be assisting students over the phone and email with content questions. This role sits with our Editorial team, which is home to technical writing, project and content strategy. We document and orchestrate work performed across teams to ensure we're communicating clearly, consistently, and in compliance with industry regulations. We pride ourselves on providing quality content to our clients. As a Content Support Representative, you will craft the best possible content that improves first-time resolution and reduces contacts. This position is Monday – Friday; 5 hours per day from 11:30am – 4:30pm.




The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner.  

  • Minimum 5 years working in the financial securities industry
  • Knowledge of the compliance rules of the security industry
  • Experience and knowledge with either the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licensing exams, or the Series 65
  • Have a passion for teaching, tutoring, training
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Excellent interpersonal and English skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Punctuality is a must.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, flexible.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.  
  • Familiar with current technology (desktop and mobile platforms), including Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, and search engines.
  • Team player
